I logged in and clicked on my employee number. That brought up a user preferences page. You can go to the FAQ section on your Ipad. They tell you step by step how to reset the password. |
When trying to figure out where airplanes will go, it it worth considering the GDP trends in the potential hubs and feed networks. My bet is on NYC, LAX, ATL for capacity growth. The 717 might be used for back fill to fee up larger airplanes still serving Detroit. This chart also explains merger and acquisition activity to some extent. Larger demographic trends sealed the fate of Midwest, TWA & NWA, while providing symbiotic logic to the AWA / US & UCAL lashings. Based on this chart one can see why American was able to avoid bankruptcy for so long and what kind of competitor they might be coming out of the wash.
Alaska either has enjoyed the luck of being very well managed and locally loved, or has been fortunate to avoid real competition. http://cdn.theatlanticcities.com/img..._1978_2010.PNG |

You know, there really are no stupid questions. Except this one:D. Flush is a term used for downward or outward movement. You will hear it used in conjuction with bump...ie: no bump, no flush. Bump is where in a merger a pilot from one airline displaces a pilot from the other airline from the seat he was in. Flush is where due to a number of reasons you are displaced from the aircraft you are on and or furloughed. The terms are used primarily in a merger scenario, but could come into play in other scenarios. You have experienced it by being bounced around the bottom to typically lower paying equipment. |
