FtB,

Things like By Laws. Changing them starts with a resolution at the LEC level. Of course you actually have to show up at a LEC meeting to present one

I'd love to see the unionoids screw themselves into the ceiling at the thought of changing that.

"We've always done it that way! CHANGE IS WRONG!"

Just look at slowplay's reaction as an example. No reason why it won't work, just a devout no.

If that is not a supposed of an outcome, I do not know what is

Many I know would at least be open to the debate. Has to start with a resolution.

IMO recall ability must remain with the MEC or BOD at the Narional level. There has to be a damper in the system just the the is government has.

Put the 717 in there too. It has the same capabilities as the E190.

Is the E190 the longer range jet?

Let me guess, C2K rates.

No kidding. I'm not opposed or in favor of an idea like that, it would depend on the reasons.

I am not sure how a representational election versus a general election is better or worse for the membership. I'm all for improving how the union functions, but I'm not in favor of change just for the sake of change.

I do know that my rep is much better informed on the greater issues that are facing the piloting profession, who out there has been doing yeoman's work to improve the union, and also who has the best leadership and management skills to run an organization this size in the most effective manner.

If you are compiling a list, don't forget the hop on hop off busses.

From memory, one is red one is yellow. One of them doesn't have an expiration on their tickets (the yellow one if memory serves) IOW, cheap pilot trick, if you buy a ticket, it is for life.

They take you everywhere you'd want to go in Manhattan.

They both have ticket kiosks or ticket sellers at in times square right where the place is that sells all the left over broadway show tickets/near the m&m's store.

I would like to see term limits on all union positions and all elected by the membership. No exceptions.

76drvr....please find something else to do when you are bored. The majority of us view this page for the latest and greatest at Delta, not to regurgitate tired arguments that happened months ago.

On another note...I don't plan to miss one televised War Eagle tiger game this year. They are bringing joy to my heart!:)
