Yes, an organic blueberry farmer. Srsly.

Anyway, at least DL is finally undoing the megablunder of radical RJ bubble overbuying.

If anyone cares, you can go to usatoday.com travel section and see pictures of the new JFK terminal 4. It's a boring night for me.

Do they show which side of T4 the connector bridge to the other terminal comes off of?

I assume you are a retiree and, if so, you do realize you are automatically enrolled in Tricare Standard, don't you? Granted, there is typical military paperwork required for any reimbursements, but it may still be way cheaper than the company plans. There is a handbook at Tricare.com. I use Tricare Prime myself, but I would still go Standard over the company plans if it came down to it. You earned those benefits, my advice is to use them. They are pretty good.

The only things I do through the company are dental, vision and the FSA (I'm not sure the vision plan actually saves me any money). I gave Express Scripts the card number for the FSA so I never even see the bill for most of our prescriptions.

Air France to fly nonstop between Twin Cities and Paris - Minneapolis / St. Paul Business Journal

Awesome. Makes sense to me, because we hardly have any presence in MSP. It's not like its a hub or anything....don't feel threatened.

^^^ This! ALPA had a golden opportunity to highlight inherent safety hazards involved in outsourcing. They took a pass. Even when Frontline picked up the story, ALPA was speechless. The Buffalo crash was (to use my kid's Elementary school teacher's lingo) a "teachable moment" and our union did nothing. Actually, they did worse than nothing by going along with the idea that fatigue was the root cause of the crash...

Not EXACTLY true. It must be your area. I've had Prime for 11 years. Never had a problem. In fact, it's better coverage, same if not better providers, and inexpensive (although it is going up with the current administration. No politics, just fact).

We have had military bases near by in the three places we've lived in those years and choose our own providers. Awesome coverage. E Scripts for meds is amazing as well. Refills shipped to your home and they're 100% covered. What's not to like?

Can someone tell me what sort of initial qual training schedule to expect during December/Holidays? And correct me if I am wrong, but the company does provide positive space to/from home during the training, correct?

I did the comparo this morning and am thinking the same thing as you!!

Remember when you do your compare that tax consequences are done in a separate calculator. I initially missed the little blurb:

Additional tax savings for HSA participants are not accounted for in this table. Refer to the FSA/HSA Calculator for tax savings information.

The calculator put me into the gold plan, but after looking at the tax advantages the HSA came out on top when compared to HRA + FSA.

Yes on the PS. Definitely. And if your training is scheduled over Christmas and New Years, you will undoubtedly get those days off.

In fact, I'll be doing recurrent in December. Lets get together for a beverage if we overlap.
