Alright, random data Monday. I mean Tuesday. May not be right, but it's free data from airfleets.

I don't know, i know Douglas airplanes last a long time. Bar would say it's more like an Irish Divorce, they're here, but they don't love you anymore.

Anyways, I wish we'd order more jets because I'm not getting the feeling we've ordered enough just to remain the same size. But that's just a gut feeling.

Widebody GROWTH

Widebody Growth. DAL just bought a 767er which formerly belonged to Ryan. It has been in storage and may be another parts aircraft. But maybe not...

But you cannot put in a refusal to sit SC.

On the ATL88B, looks like everyone hit their 3 SCs for the month, a few hit 5 or 6 SCs but that may have been on request. I still don't get 0 raw, 0 hours, 0 SCs.

With the SC bucket system, how does anyone not have any SCs? We've got 5 guys with 0 raw, 0 hours and 2 SCs between all 5.

The new SC buckets are pretty worthless. The notion is good but it's not being spread out.

I saw those guys and they're senior, that's all. They work zero for the month. From an efficiency aspect it seems like a waste of assets. As my wife pointed out to me when I described it to her, "Don't these pilots need to maintain some kind of currency? Isn't it dangerous for them to fly so little and lose some skills?"

I agree. I have used them for years. Very quick and helpful. Since I retired in Sept I could not get in to E/I crew to get my data. Called them and they put me in touch with a scheduler who knew exactly what to do. Problem solved in 5 min.

I hit 5 sc. None of them were on request. Every single one was forced on me including one on my last day before a golden day. I am done with reserve. Back to working every weekend. My experiment failed.

That seems to be the strategy...

the SAS MD80s for parts,
Lion Air MD90s for parts...

why not a few 767ERs...

too bad the used 757 market is being cornered by Fedex or that fleet would have mor chnace at staying around...

Cheers
