IIRC, they make a Double IPA as well. It is excellent. Very smooth.

You must know by now that I don't fall for these kindergarten tactics of changing the subject while pretending to be responsive. Try to focus sailingfun. Where is this "me too" policy written? Where is the record of management applying it consistently? Most importantly: Why do you and DALPA use this entirely discretionary "policy" as a bludgeon against any line pilot who wants our union to demand more than COLA increases?

Sailing you just made my day, I happen to remember those discussions when I first got on APC.

If you like Sweetwater, (I do, as well as most you guys have mentioned), you will also like Pike Pale Ale. It's the brew pub in Pike Place, Seattle. They won some golds for it before, it's my go-to beer when in Seattle and most of the local places carry it as well as the brewpub of course.

If you like "real beer", aka cask ale, there are some good places in Philly and Baltimore. Had an awesome bitter last month in Philly:
Uncle Teddy's Bitter (on cask) Victory Brewing, Pennsylvania
Uncle Teddy's Bitter - Victory Brewing Company - Downingtown, PA - BeerAdvocate

FINALLY some good and interesting posts! I'm all for continued "BeerReps" from all over the system. AE info is nice to have, but probably more important on a daily basis is "WHERE is there some good local beer in DTW long?" "JFK long layo... where's the spot that's not BlarneyStone...again...?"
etc.

There is no question that the DAL-s desire for the SLI was chosen by the arbitrator. You won. That had nothing to do with what an arbitrator should/would consider because none of us could have predicted their decision. So tell me finis, why would you drag up a painful SLI process in the hopes to change the subject from a totally discretionary "me too" policy?

Because it somehow made his day and makes him feel better about him/herself. He'll/she'll be gone in quick time.

Don't know about the pay rate. I think they are paid what they can hold.

If they can't hold it and need to fly for currency in that seat, then a trip buy is put in. The original captain is paid for the trip. So again, how are you harmed?

FLY Leasing Sells Six Aircraft - Yahoo! Finance

DUBLIN, March 19, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- FLY Leasing Limited (FLY) ("FLY"), a global lessor of modern commercial jet aircraft, today announced that it has sold six Boeing 717-200 aircraft manufactured in 2001. The aircraft were acquired by FLY in 2011 as part of a 49-aircraft portfolio transaction.
"The sale of these non-core aircraft will result in a gain over our current book value and generate gross cash proceeds of $17 million," said Colm Barrington, CEO of FLY.

Some company somewhere got a good deal on six 717s.
