I insist on 9hrs behind door. The intent is to get 8hrs of uninterrupted sleep... so .5hr to get ready for bed, .5hr to get ready for pick-up.

Only once did tracking try to argue the point... I just said my phone will be off for the next 9hrs. Never been questioned by CPO... though not really concerned about that either.

My kids sit indian style and I make them play on the highway. The other day I took my six year old to the store without her booster seat.

I have no idea how we survived the two mile trip.

The one they ran on TV was 50 min but ive found that its actually 2 hours long. The one I posted wasn't HD, there are some out there on the individual PBS station websites. Also set the dvr and you might catch the rerun.

Btw holy cow on plankton production. No wonder whales get so big off that stuff. They've got the best deal going. Sharks have to fight for.theirs.

Good program Bar. Thanks for posting. Pretty much sums it up. A lot of "my way or the highway", country and economy be damned. It makes me fear that our airline industry issues are even more insignificant to them. When I get back to the line, in the next month or so, I will definitely be checking-off on the ALPA PAC contribution.

Interesting, thanks for posting Elvis. Trust between the players is definitely lacking, but I think the interim agreements are only chess moves designed to back the other side into a corner - then "uh no, we've changed our minds. That's no longer on the table..."

When we think we have thwarted something like the Adu Dhabi pre-clearance facility; the administration merely states "We already have budgetary authority for that:, i.e. "We are going to do it anyway".
