You can forget AA on that count, and maybe VS for the PR value, but expect a last minute entry who will have the support of the recall 10.
Oh, you mean slowplay

So, it depends. 95-99% of the time you'll be OK with the international bag in the closet.

Also, I'm not sure, but if there is only one bag upfront, you might be able to get an international up there. Might be too long, I've never seen/tried it.

thanks moon and rahc

Depends on the field of candidate.

The 717's were still in full AirTran garb in and out and were actually flown by Airtran pilots but as soon as the flight was done and the check written DAL was in compliance with the scope clause!
Jets are real and owned by DAL but they aren't even close to being on line.
If you have proof of that you need to get it to the codeshare compliance guys asap... it's not in compliance.

AirTran pilots can't fly Delta airplanes. AirTran operated aircraft owned by Delta aren't counted as part of the Delta fleet for scope compliance purposes.

Not at all, all I was pointing out is that DAL is flirting with possible scope violations!

Our CBA cannot abrogate your rights under HIPPA or any other Federally protected right. It'll take a Delta pilot to challenge them legally on it. Which of course means, not using an ALPA attorney.

What was told to me (first hand) was that the LCA was sent to do a flight on a 717 that DAL was about to purchase. The flight was performed by 2 ATI pilots and after the flight a check was handed over. The reason for the hurried nature was to keep DAL within scope compliance.
I'm trying to get the details, maybe I misunderstood what really transpired.
