Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?
Any one got a link to Pro-Diem? I've used the Flightline expense report ever since it came out. I know how it works when I file my taxes so I've been hesitant to change. Can you enter training into Pro-Diem? Did a long course this year.
Plus I'm being lazy and waiting on pins and needles for the Seahawk game in 4 hours.

Edit: I've always received mine sometime in February.

They have a "widget" that takes about 2 minutes to download. Then it has you log into I-crew and it downloads all your data into a file. You then upload that file to their website and pay them. You will usually have your report within 48 hours. The whole process takes about 15 minutes. When you upload your file it asks where and how long you spent in training for the year.
I like it because they are fast. It may take a few more minutes than just ordering one from Flica, but you will get it within a few days. If you have any problems they are very helpful if you call their 800 #.

The issue more is they take a while. I sure like the flightline product and am hesitant to change to ProDiem just to get it a few weeks earlier.
I, too, use Flica(Sabre). Calling Sabre is very frustrating from the customer service standpoint and unreliability of getting your report on time. Ive called this month to put myself on the list and the Sabre people keep on telling me a different date, to call back VERY unorganized.
Very true.
Me too. But I think with RockyBoys explanation, I might switch this year. Pro-Diem always looked more tricky and seemed like a pain in the rear with time downloads. From RB's explanation, I think I was misunderstanding the Pro-Diem instructions. Its time now to give them a try.
I've been trying for the last 20-30 minutes and it's program is getting stuck on the Flight Time Logs download, ie, downloading only a portion and then freezing. I've tried it twice and it freezes at different points.
Thanks for the helpful explanation. I have had enough of Sabre.

This is true--the bottom 20 73 guys got pushed out of SLC, and about 13 ended up at LAX... wierd reversal, as LAX has been senior for several years.
I think the SD > SLC commute is touchy... 5 flights, all Delta, only 3 mainline. LAX > SLC has 15 flights a day, several are delta. Not sure about DTW, but it's definitely doable. I think living in SD would make for a LONG drive to LAX to catch reliable flights to SLC, and I sure wouldn't want to do it if I was reserve!

Roadkill,
I don't understand your logic. So DTW with only 2 long mainline flights a day is "definitely doable." And yet SLC with 3-4 much shorter Mainline flights along with a few DCI flights, with the option of Driving to Orange county(more mainline), and SWA through LAS/PHX as a back-up is "touchy?"
Unelss you are flying the 737 in SLC and Frank would be senior to you I don't quite get it.

Yes they give you a printout of all your flight times. I switched to them last year and had my report the next day. I plan to use them again this year.

Have any of ya'll noticed that Peyton wears his uniform hat when he is standing on the sidelines?
Another football thing to think about. The Raiders haven't had a winning season since 2002. Lane Kiffin was named head coach in 2007. They still suck. Lane Kiffin became head coach at Tennessee for the 2009 season. We still suck. Coinkidink??
Serious question. Is there a reason ALPA has not been explicit in detail as to when folks on reserve under 117 rules are required to acknowledge trips and what that means for 117 rest? Is it so the majority doesn't fully grasp the leverage when it is pi$$ed away?
I saw the "we got your back" email, but that seemed intentionally vague. Maybe there is a legal issues here, but I fail to see how presenting facts could create a liability.
Just saying there could be a meltdown in JAN if DALPA really sacked up.
