If the number of days available are sufficient to cover the entire rotation, that number of days will be used and you will be paid for the entire rotation. If the number of days is not sufficient to cover the entire rotation, all available payback days will be placed on the days of the rotation, beginning with the first of such days, and you will be paid the value of those days only. You will forfeit any pay or guarantee for the remainder of the rotation. Note that credit resulting from application of duty rigs is always tied to the last duty period of the rotation.

I am not disputing anything being said. I am just reporting what happened when I used the Hyatt Service.
I called Delta, they gave me a number to Hyatt, I told them where I live and I wanted a trust. Hyatt then passed on to me several Estate Lawyers under their umbrella near my residence. I called one of them, made an appointment after he sent me a bunch of paperwork to fill out. Much like new hire indoc. At the appointment I informed said lawyer my goals and desired outcomes.
At the final signing I had a trust, power of attorney for both myself and spouse, living and death wills, dispositions of property for certain health states etc..
I now have everything I could think of complete for Estate Planning and it cost me ZERO thanks to this Delta benefit.
Now if someone else has a different experience then I count myself lucky or you taken advantage of. Those are the facts and I have the big Trust binder proving it. Bottom line, its worth investigating if you need this accomplished.
