I Am Alaska - YouTube

That's not in a format for release, my guess is that it's an inter company video.

The menopausal flight attendant... you'd think at some point they'd realize it's not all about them? No exaggeration here...

Call 1: "It's extremely hot back here in the back of coach." Okay, we'll cool it off. Shows 72F.

Call 2: "It's extremely hot, I don't know if it's broken, but it's like 100 degrees back here." (shows 70F) Okay, we'll cool it off.

Call 3: "Guys, really, it's very hot back here. This is not good working conditions. Can you please cool it off?!?" Showed 68F.

After landing CA: "Hey, that was as cold as it could get." "Well, it was very very hot." "It showed 68 degrees in the back?" "68!? I keep my house at 68."

Flight was 1:30 long.

It's almost a little too personal.

Immediately after showing the Delta 767, the voice says….

"They see the success, but they don't see the work, the desire, the drive it takes to operate at this level, day in, day out, winter summer, 4 am, or midnight. They don't see the spirit that's gotten us through the tough times…."

Really?

I think they missed the fact that we just went through one of the most successful mergers in airline history and made over $400 million last quarter. We've got spirit.

+10000

Loved the video. To be honest, I think Delta is the one who did it, not Alaska.

The Delta version in the works. Rumor is that it is set to the Jaws theme music.

I agree the video smells like panic.

Now lets see what DAL does with their frequent flyer program...
