The best part of this gif (its right out of the new commercial) shows the Alaskan captain smacking the FOs hand during a takeoff out of Juno.

I believe those are the salmon deflectors which have limited reservoirs.

Really?:

Whew, I'm sooo glad I work for Delta. I can't imagine having to operate at a high level vice my normal medium to low level..day in AND day out!.. winter AND summer?!...4am OR midnight?!!!

We only work from 5am-11pm eastern time. The rest of the time everything is grounded.

Anyone have any opinions, suggestions, or just plain snide remarks on the Trusted Traveler programs offered through the TSA/CBP? (e.g. TSA pre-check, Global Entry, Nexus, or Sentri.) Looking for any useful information on which is better, faster, more convenient to obtain and use at the airport. Thanks in advance.

It's not a good cockpit shot, amirite? Rogue Captain throwing switches, FO confused, unsure, questioning authority; what were they thinking? You can't fly an RNP approach down a river to airport located at sea level talking to American controllers and no thunderstorms with that much confusion in the cockpit.

When the Delta Takes Seattle ad is made let's do it right!

1) No guy sitting in the cockpit pressing a FLY button as if that is all we do. Really? What the hell was that?

2) Instead, give me a charismatic fearless pilot chiseled out of steel by God to do one thing and one thing well... FLY... and WIN...

http://gifsforum.com/gif_generator/g...?1398891581545

3) And at the end of the video, we steal their women.

due to budget constraints please don't associate pilot described in line 2 with the old guy in the above pic. The Delta guy is the handsome debonair pilot stealing the girl. Thank you.

Global Entry covers everything, TSA etc. everything but the ladies room. If you can pass the interview[try not to squint], you are good to go. Bet the first time you use it, the photo will show you looking down. Five-six minutes max going through security int'l and domestic.

[QUOTE=TOGA LK;1633194]Agree, don't PO a Texan CEO!

Anderson, Kelleher and Crandall.

Do transplants count?

Actually, Anderson is the only 'native' Texan. Crandall's from Rhode Island, and Kelleher's from New Jersey.
