That Twitter feed is pretty cool. One tidbit:

ALPA National apparently reads the criticism here on APC.

The Executive Vice President just announced to the Delta MEC that ALPA National policy has been amended and there will be no more Presidential oil paintings.

Not to sound flippant, but there is a tremendous amount of bid-related information both in the first few pages of the bid packages as well as the PBS website/desktop application--including the help desk number.
