Thousands of other employees had their jobs reclassified to DGS or DSS or whatever the name is now at much lower pay and benefits. Staffing in jobs that remained Delta has been slashed. Delta's non pilot costs are well below their pilot costs relative to the industry. You really don't want to compare your pay and benefits to the non pilot employees if your seeking improvements!
