We'll have to keep an eye on this problem. DALPA cannot stand communication that doesn't comport with their view. APC is proving to be a powerful venue that DALPA can't yet control. If they start to use moderators like johnso29 for censorship purposes, we need to let APC leadership know.

Yup. It's a typo error. My rep told me $1 billion over 3 years. Which matches what the info from the road shows. Fat fingers strike again. :D

My evidence has already been presented to the pilot group ad nauseum. Where's your proof? Let me guess. Management said it was a cost neutral contract? I guess you believe everything management says? Just like how the 737-900ER order was capacity neutral? Is mainline growing?

It's been my impression that our reps have no issue with varying points of view, merely those who state varying points of truth. We can happily agree to disagree on our various opinions of a given set of facts. The trick is to first agree on what those facts are, and express our opinions in terms of those facts as opposed to some exaggerated version of the truth.

Since I joined this forum last year, I have read posts from both sides of a number of issues. Some of these posts stuck to the facts but others strayed just a bit too far from the truth to be considered credible, IMO.
