Uhm... From the last AE right? Seems kind of late to be asking. I've never heard of ae bids being canceled. Want what you bid etc.

I cancelled a reinstatement years ago. Just called crew planning and gave them my credit card number...

Never done it but, yes, I think it is crew resources. You'll probably have to talk to the head guy. I don't remember his name. It will be difficult. Good luck with that.

I just love these romantic comedies. Thug meets MMA champ, thug gets free facial and internal organ rearrangement.

I'm getting a little misty...sniff.

I did once a long time ago. It took a lot of begging, pleading and the stars had to align. I thought I was going to have to figure out a way to get the World Series trophy in Wrigley to boot.

There's one on the other side of town. That's as close as one will get for a long time. :D

Recently, a 777B I know got a 73NA bid. He did get it cancelled, but had to go high up the food chain and burn bridges along the way. It used to be easier, or maybe some circumstances make it easier. I had one cancelled 9 years ago. It conflicted with long term mil orders. I think they just took the approach that I could bid what my seniority could hold when I got off the orders.

It is harder now, I don't know why since they are running monthly bids.

Bid what you want and want what you bid. You only have yourself to blame for whatever you are awarded. Why should the company let you out of what you bid?

They have a buyers remorse list after every AE. You can put your name on it. They will normally take a week or so to decide. I tried it once and they said "so sad, we need you there". Others have had bids dropped.
