Airline Pilot Central Forums - Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?

Has anyone had any luck canceling an AE they were awarded? Obviously, before any training is scheduled since the awards haven't even been published yet. Who is the contact for that, crew resources?

If you bid a pre-merger fleet from the other side, you can cancel any time prior to the OE... Cnx prior to training, no freeze... after training starts, the same freeze as new equipment, but on your original plane.

If you have an award it will show up there prior to the full report being released. Right now it's saying VACANCY AWARDS INFORMATION NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME so the bids are not done yet.

As an aside, it's amazing how many items we still have in iCrew that disappeared decades ago like Temporary Awards and Spillback To Previous Bid Period.

I guess I'm jaded after watching AMC's new show "Halt and Catch Fire", and recognizing much of our current computing hardware and software. The show is a period drama set in 1983.
