You are shooting way too low. It should be GS pay until back on original rotation. In over 20 years of airline flying, I have never been rerouted as much as I have since the merger. It reminds me of my pt135 on demand charter days. Every time you land, they have a new trip for you. I'll give them a break as far as last Friday or even the ice events, but when there is not a cloud within 2000 NM of Atlanta and another crew is running 20 minutes late and they reroute you that is total BS.

We did not have a joint PWA with Compass. Neither did Continental and Express, or Ransome and Pan Am.
I am not sure what the advantage to a single MEC might be, but some might say it clouds the issue of "class and craft" should an express carrier seek a merger with a mainline carrier via a petition for Single Transportation System finding.

I have worked for three different airlines and this is the only one where I have ever found myself at a layover with no hotel assigned and no way to get a hold of anyone without sitting on hold for an hour. The irony in this is that this is by far the best company I have ever worked for. That tells me that these situations should not happen. Our system needs fixed. The company that runs crew accommodations needs to be replaced, and these jobs need to be brought in house.
Wrote it up and told Chief next day, I will never push again without rooms on the rotation... no more promises that it will be done by the time we get there.
Turned down 3 late night GS offers last Friday because I was not about to repeat the above. (From what I heard about this after, sounds like I made the right call. Btw, all 3 flights cancelled due to lack of pilots.)
They need to fix this crew tracking/accommodation problem ASAP!

As much as it pains me to say it, looks like a 717 base for NYC. Just announced on Twitter: Shuttle operations to be moved from the Marine air terminal to terminal C at LGA and will be operated by the 717.
So much for a west coast base

On DeltaNet as well. But only mentions BOS-LGA on 717, DCA and O'Hare are still 175s.

I bet we see all the shuttles move to the 717. The west coast 175's from LA-SF-LA and SEA-SF-SEA are always late and/or canceling. I bet we still see the 717s on the left coast if the regionals can't find people. Mainline needs the feed to Sea and LA for the Intl stuff.
