Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?
L&G ought to be the tall about anything thread, I'll bump the fight club thread so we can have a place to hash out our thoughts on ALPA and then the C2015 serves its purpose as the place to throw things against the wall.

BTW, it was not directed at you FTB.
Carl
I didn't mean "anonymously" hiding. The same thing would hold true if it were the old ALPA forum where everyone knew everyone else's name. Although I am far from thrilled with everything ALPA, I am also not the one slamming individuals when they are doing a job I apparently am not willing to do.

Except you and Carl, since you use your real names. FTB is not my real name, it's what I do.

Would if that is the path to the highest wages and working conditions for Delta pilots? Seems to be working much better then other options so far.
Sorry. I'm just calling it the way I see it. If you don't like it, then you could always put me on your ignore list or go read the BBQ Blog on the DALPA site.

Apple does not selling what is essentially a perishable commodity. Airlines do. It's possible in this industry to generate a very small revenue premium with a large network and superior service. Take a look at the 2013 airline data and you will see how narrow a range that is for the major US airlines.
Pull your head out of the spreadsheets for a moment and realize that there is a lot more to a successful business than just whoever has the most competitive cost structure. Do you have any education or background in business? I'm guessing no, but I'd really be interested to know where you came up with the notion that the most important thing to business success is cost structure. There is SO much more to it than that. You haven't scratched the surface.
I get it, scambo. I'm sorry, but I'm not going to let Alfa badger or intimidate me into silence. He's wrong on what is best for this pilot group, doesn't understand the big picture when it comes to business, and he's extremely disrespectful to anyone who doesn't subscribe to his world of everything being about spreadsheets and numbers. He's one of the very few people on this forum that routinely is arrogant and condescending to those who disagree with him. It makes civil debate impossible when he jumps into the fray.

L&g is supposed to be fun-ish not laborious.
I want more money and more time off. I've unfortunately had to vote no on everything for more than the past decade. I agree with your arguments and your conclusions about what appeasement has morphed into. I'm not afraid to walk the line.
It wasn't directed at you specifically. I can see how you'd take it that way from my earlier post. If you go back and read the last two pages, you'd see there is a lot of personal mudslinging. As a regular dessert eater here, it just got old.
