I looked just for fun. When it closed, there was 1 bid senior to me. That's not the case like on the 800 where I'd be a mid-senior line holder, but there were numerous pilots senior to me bidding it.

Why is that a problem?. If you owe someone $10/year for 4 years just because you give them $10 in year 4 does not mean all is well and good.

Wasn't the company supposed to maintain a balance all along? A balance that they contractually agreed to maintain?

Seems like an easy fix - if we averaged 3% behind for 3 years we should now average 3% above for 3 years - not just be "in compliance" going forward.

I liked an idea that was in the DPA survey. Anytime the JV balance is out of compliance then everyone gets an immediate 10% raise which stays in effect until compliance is regained.

Would you prefer; "has more important things to do" ?

So, we can stop flying as part of the JV; ie no Atlantic Ocean crossings, for a 10% raise? I'll take NFW for 10 Bob.

Hire dates are a little confusing...Oct 2000 N vs S can be 1900#'s apart. Please use Sen#. Did you place the bid for A? If so Good Luck!! Please bring the Puppy Dog to the West Coast!!

Baja.

To be honest, no... since I don't trust him to properly take care of the "important things."

No. You totally missed the point. It penalizes Delta for not complying with the JV balances. Unlike now where they are not complying without any penalty what so ever.
