We had a 3 year freeze. It's gone down to two. UAL has their equipment banded into 4 categories. If we did the same I am sure the company will give us the same freeze policy. I am not sure if you are in the bottom half of the list you will like that.

We already have pay banding, most of us just don't want to see any fewer bands.
The company on the other hand, would love to have just one big pay band, and then get rid of about 10% of the total pilots, the ones currently tied up in training for upgrades to higher paying equipment. And SF, when did we ever have a 3 year seat lock? |
