Airline Pilot Central Forums - Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?

I don't think we stayed at the same place. We initially got put up at Chitose Daiichi hotel. It was NOT good. Heck, you know how you usually turn a shower on in the tub by pulling on the knob? This hotel the shower was connected to the sink faucet! There was a knob on the sink faucet to turn on the shower! We stayed there last night.

Fortunately for the other two of us, one of my FOs was very pro-active with the company and he got us into a mucho better hotel. This job is so awesome when you fly with great guys! (Both of them of course!)

Please give an example of the negativity in the article. I don't see it.

Also, True Headings is the MEC newsletter. It's an official message from the MEC. Do you want to know specifically who wrote it?

True Headings is pretty much the publication of the Special Committee. They never sign that document because they don't discuss who are members of the Special Committee.

Because the Special Committee only lives to destroy the DPA or any other alternative union drive that ever happens within Delta. When your only reason for existence is to destroy other entities, you tend to be mostly negative in tone and spirit.

Yes, and he's clearly not. My opinion is that he's working as hard as he can to minimize pilot costs to his friends and partners in management. His challenge is doing that while pretending to be fighting for us.
