I'm guessing that if that tool knew that every new F/O was also filling out a critique, he might get a whole new attitude...
Did they stop doing the Pilot Activity Statement? My DEC 2014 one still hasn't showed up on DLnet.
Maybe I need to be more active?

I agree, and perhaps new hires should also have to fill out a critique on how the Captain treated him? How was the Capt.s CRM? Did he rush you? How were his briefings? Was he overbearing? How well did he interact with the F/A's? Did he make timely P/A's to the passengers when you were delayed? Would you like to fly with him again?

Maybe we all need to be quietly critiqued. Maybe reading those would get us all to correct deficiencies in our personal sop and at the last line up to the motto of the line blitzkrieg newsletter of treating every flight like a checkride.

A description of the process is found on Delta Net. Pull down Employee Connection - then Employee Recognition - then Tax Policy Regarding Employee Recognition.

I think the 100% comment is one of those things you say, but you know isn't reality. Like when a guy we see on TV who says, "I will not rest until every American who wants a job can find one." Or a CEO says his goal is zero cancellations and no late arrivals. No one expects actual accomplishment of such lofty goals, but understands the desire to get as close to that goal as possible is there.
