(Otherwise I would have been stuck flying all weekends/holidays/red-eyes for 10-15yrs!)

No thanks.
I completely agree. No min month!

Make sure your reps know how you feel about this and consider sending the NC an email as well.

One would think it would be to the companies advantage to post several blank regular lines. This would decrease the number of sick calls and would also have several pilots picking up open time basically on ready reserve.....

I'm with you on that as well. A minimum month will cost as many jobs as removing the cap. There are a lot of us who drop to below 50 on a regular basis.

Couldn't AGREE more LTD!
Automatic no vote from me as well; you can't take it with you.
The option to drop to zero make this good job - a great job.

Reduce one's entire month to zero hours through drops, swap board, etc.

Wow! So if you felt like it, you could essentially take the month off (without pay)?

I'm asking a serious question as newbie. No need to condescend.

Called in sick for a trip this month - first time in years I've actually been sick and it happens while I'm on probation, go figure.

Anyhow, Scheduling put it as a personal drop, and to bastardize Monty Python, every drop is precious when you're on rookie pay. What's the procedure to get this fixed? Call Scheduling, go through the CPO, or is there a correction form somewhere in iCrew I'm missing?

Thanks in advance.
