You can call scheduling and personally ask them to recend the PD, and sometimes they will.

So without looking through all 16,800 pages of this thread, got a question...

Ive been told that extra curricular activities/volunteering/life stuff needs to be included in the app. Where do you put it? There isnt a question/section for that.

Thanks

You won't find an answer to that in this thread but if you peruse the "Delta Hiring" thread, I think you will have better luck.............and it's shorter!

Where are you seeing that in the contract?

Not all re-routes pay re-route pay.

First is the time limitation. If the re-route gets you back to base more than 4 hours after original sched OR past midnight of same day, whichever later, then you may be entitled to re-route pay (more than 30 hours late if involving an ocean crossing.)

Then, it can't be due to something the company had no control over such as broken airplane, wx delay, airport closure.

The re-route pay (if the re-route met all the above) shows up near the bottom of the time card near GS pay, QCQ pay etc. All the things that are paid extra to the trips up at the top of the time card. It's an extra payment for a portion of the rotation flown, i.e. double pay for that portion.

There is a caveat to that. I've been rerouted twice due to WX forced airport closures. Both times I've received the reroute pay because I've been rerouted into off days. I believe the reference to that is one or two paragraphs below the one in the PWA which says what you posted.
