That may not fix the tablet, but it will make you feel better. Then take the smashed tablet to the CPO and tell them a tug ran it over while you were at the bus stop, get a new one. :D |

Hold the power button for a long time - like 20 seconds. Try that a few times then try to use it later. It should miraculously start working again. Mine did.

1- Hold down the power button 2- At the same time hold down the volume up button. 3- Hold for at least 10 seconds. 4- Curse Delta for going with Microsoft.* It should force it to quit and then you can restart it. *4 is optional |

If it cures warts, it ought to cure Microsoft. |

Did that several times. It finally came on several minutes later. Not sure if that's what got it going as I mashed just about every button.
Step 1) Disconnect the tablet from the keyboard Step 2) PRESS and HOLD the On button for at least a 10 second count Step 3) Release the On button and count to 3 Step 4) Press and release (tap) the On button as you normally would to turn it on, and abracadabra, it should work. If that doesn't work, might I suggest this scene from Office Space: http://img.talkandroid.com/uploads/2...ace-copier.jpg |

Step 1) Press Power Button Step 2) Enjoy seamless VFR sectionals, IFR enroute charts, approach plates, and airport diagrams, all with aircraft position, heading, and altitude clearly displayed on them. Easy-to-enter routing that doesn't require me to remember whether to use one or two dots. 3D terrain depiction that warns me if my route takes me through something pointy above my altitude. Up-to-the-minute datalink weather, notams, and TFRs. Radar and other weather overlays for big-picture decision-making. Doesn't that just make your brain hurt? Good thing we went with an orphaned, neutered Microsoft product instead of the sort of technology the pilots of 62-year-old single-engine ragwing airplanes are forced to use! //I kid, mostly. The EFB is pretty nice for what it is, just seems like they reinvented the wheel to get there. |
