Probably going with Pro-Diem as their turn around time was much better.

I made the switch last year. They are really good. I have some sort of issue in my download, they did it all manually and didn't stop until we sorted it out. Nice people.

I used Sabre this year (again.) It took a few days. Good report. I'll try ProDiem next year.

Baja.

Is there a way to trade vacation…i.e. like trips swaps?

GA state taxes

Anyone know how to recoup GA state taxes for all the newhires who paid them for a few months but were only ATL based until off OE?

You can trade with another pilot and you can also put in for a vacation move up via DBMS. The vacation slide feature is also great if moving the vacation within the same month. There used to be a vacation swap section in the ALPA forum section to post a vacation you want to change. I think it's still there. Vacation move ups are a bit more limited now that we get to keep our vacations when changing equipment.

I think you just have to fill out state returns for GA and your home state. You may have to state on your federal form that you resided in two states during the year. I can't remember.

I believe that if a trip blocks in prior to 0230 isn't eligible for the 5:15 daily minimum. Is the same true on the other end, a trip that signs in after 2130 no daily min?
