To put that into perspective, that is less than 2000 numbers from the bottom. At the current rate of hiring a new hire will be 2k above the bottom in under 2 years.

In more ghetto news, just about all the narrow bodies that were on this AE were available to a new hire. Surprised how junior SEA 73n went. Mass exodus of NYC 717B, obviously the company will take their time there or it would decimate the category.

Geez. For the FOs, this bid is all about one thing:

The 365 scared me off this AE. Maybe I can join the rest of the rats on the next AE .

I wanted SEA but the wife preferred ATL. Since I'm gone half the time I chickened out at the last minute and removed it from my bid. I put in 75% for ATL and missed by about 10% so I'll keep my NYC line for a few more months. I am not a fan of my commute, but I'm senior enough for some pretty nice trips (albeit all on the weekends).

EDIT: I kind of feel like you teed me up for PD to knock out of the park again but I kept it under 3 paragraphs this time .

Ditto on the wow!

I think the question on everyone's mind though is...

The important part is those going off the top.
