Most of us own headsets. Its not that cool to make someone else clean up after you.

What fleet are you on? On the Airbus fleets, you're the TOTD if you don't plug back in the company headset.

I know on the 76 and 73 it was the opposite.

73. Can't imagine a one cup DC headset in that cockpit.

We have the Telex's in the 717.

DC headsets, like the ones on the 88, don't count.

We always put em away on the 73. That's how I was taught.

I think Duke just took it with 2 minutes left.

Yes they did, and the two little freshman brought them back from being down by 9, to up by five. I had no puppies in the fight but it was a great game to watch.

That's because the 737, the 767 and half of the 757's were all South jets and had the one cup Clarks. We south guys bought our own headsets back when they were required, vs. wearing that pos Clark head clamp that the company bought for our jets. We rarely use the Clarks.

The Airbus' were NW airplanes, and had the nicer Telex 750's which are much more comfortable, so they used those vs. buying their own. (that was the one I bought for my personal use).

Yup +1, not only that, it's just common courtesy...

I can even deal with the secondary storage location behind the sun visor, but dont leave it plugged in hanging from the upper DV window track. :)

Cheers

This I know. :) (I've been 88, 76, and 73 as well here) I own a 750 as well for that exact reason, but haven't had to bring it for the last 3.5 years!

I had to use the single cup clarks one time.... what an awful experience. I can't believe the company keeps getting those.

Got to meet a fellow APCer the other day! Was on my way back from the Bahamas with my Pacer, and dropped into Sebring to say hi to Timbo. He even braved going up for a spin around the lake in the old bird. Unfortunately had to continue on to Tampa for the night... next time I gotta get a ride in that racing catamaran of his!

Incidentally, the Bahamas by small plane (and cruising catamaran) was a pretty fantastic adventure I'd recommend to anyone.
