I assume this is based on the trip check out time - 30 minutes after scheduled block in or is it 12 hours after block in?

Thanks Again - Scoop

Sailing, perhaps I can provide an example, since I agree with you.

My buddy's wife Cherry is a stripper. She just got a new job at a new establishment, and makes a $10/hr base rate. After her introductory week, she'll go to $20/hr the next week. Her friend Jugs got hired at the same time, by the same establishment. Conveniently, this establishment has a bank system.

Flash forward two weeks. Cherry didn't use the bank but Jugs did. Cherry worked 10 hours each week (20 total), made $300, and averaged $15/hour.

Jugs worked 11 hours the first week and banked an hour...so she was paid for 10. The second week, she cashed an hour in, working only 9 but getting paid for 10.

Both girls worked 20 hours, got paid $300 (plus tips), and averaged $15/hr.

Notably, Jugs worked more when she had WORSE seniority, and less after she had moved up the totem pole (among others).

I'm missing a lot...but anything germane to the banking discussion?

No idea how this pertains to anything in our contract...but I like the way you think.

I asked my rep about 9644 and he said pay had not yet been discussed. I responded by stating that 4833 was also just a rumor, until it wasn't...

I also told him 9644 wasn't going to cut it for me.

Now the chit chat board is saying 9644 is accurate, but those are the raises before profit sharinf is monetized.

I also told him that I would not support a trade of PS for pay rates. To me they are separate. PS is a bonus, not part of my salary. Give me a good raise and leave my PS alone.

It's time we grew a pair.

Jugs was hired on Monday, so by Friday night when Jugs banked her extra hour, she was one of the senior dancers working her First Official (FO) dancing job. The other girls starting their FO dancing jobs were hired Tues-Friday and didn't have the seniority that Jugs did. Jugs enjoyed preferential scheduling on the main stage because of her seniority among the new dancers. The second week, when Jugs was upgraded to a dance Captain at the club, she was at the bottom of the totem pole and all of the other "Captains" were senior to her. Using her banked time working as a Senior FO, she dropped the 7AM shift on Saturday, stayed home with her kids and was paid as a dance Captain.
