Whether they looked at it or not, the point is that they did NOT follow it. I know, prove it. The only way I can do that is tell anyone to look at the TA then ask themselves what their survey input was. Does this TA reflect that input? Mine certainly doesn't jive with this TA. Did yours?

98% of over 1400 Delta pilots in DPAs open survey said to keep or increase profit sharing.
Now you, the captain of the sell out team, want us to believe a majority of the pilots in the DALPA survey wanted a reduction in profit sharing.
A severe reduction.
You and your buddies are the enemy of our profession.
No mas.

I am not selling anything Jerry. I am not defending anything. I am leaving the hyperbolic hysteria at home on this thing right now and weighing the facts as I learn them. At this point they are very few. Rush right on out to your boy and give him some more money, maybe he can come up with some more Chinese abortion analogies to rally the troops. That kind of "leadership" certainly made an impression on me as to who I want representing me.

From: Cockpit speaker volume knob set to eleven.
Many of the onerous QOL nuggets buried in here will be long lasting negatives. I hope new hires and F/Os especially look past the promise of money and shiny new replacement aircraft because they ill have to live with the results a loooong time if this thing gets passed.

I don't GAS what the DPA survey says. It is an unscientific poll with zero validity.

You don't need a survey to make severe concessions in exchange for on 8% hourly increase and two 3%.cost of living increases.
Maybe Mike Hanson will say we won't see the 3% and 3%. We can trust him.
Idk, if this fails it's going to be close.
Two different quotes from the line texted to me:
1. I'm not going to wait around for more money.
2. The oe thing is fine, it's reasonable to take trips away because if the staffing issues they're going to have in the coming years. (This of course after complaining how bad the oe recovery system was).
