Does anyone know why scheduling can take a trip in one bases open time, change the number on it and simply cover it with another base...without going thru the originating bases coverage ladder?
They just change the number and say for reserve only coverage and poof it's gone.

Very concise version of what I got from scheduling comm. it just "feels" wrong.
where a GS just feels right.Anyway, it was also recommended that I write the reps for a change. Anyone got any permutation where changing this harms us?
