You need 30 off in the previous 168 when you report for duty. Doesn't matter if the duty period takes you over 168.

Denny, you are right in that there isn't a published list....but there sort of is.

My buddy has a Type I diabetic daughter. UHC constantly jerks them around changing insulin and strips. They even have the nerve to suggest that she uses too many strips each day. He's on DPMP. UHC is one of many in the medical business that attempts to kill us on a daily basis for a penny here and a penny there.

Anyhow, you need to keep Karen Browne Flecks email close by. It's the only way that these issues get resolved.

Anyone know when the next AE is slated for? I'd expect one soon to start gearing up for the summer.
