No, what I wrote was not what I meant, I acknowledged the error and apologized for the mistake. You just can't seem to get over it but instead of having a discussion you made up strawman arguments from thin air and resorted to name calling (always the mark of somebody who has substance in their argument) when it was obvious you had no fact based or logical argument. Name calling and empty arguments that resulted in being told to drop it, yet here you are again in another forum carrying on. Seriously, I still recommend anger management for you since you are still butthurt over a TOTD post from weeks ago.
Keep up the good work, Mikey..I've gotta go fly too..enjoy the ER! |
Knock it off, you two. I'll pull this van over.

Hey Mikey,
Didn't you call all ATL pilots "tools", F/A's "cat ranchers" and all your fellow Delta pilots "DB's" on the TOTD thread just a few days ago? But now you think it's a great time to be here.. Have fun..and be sure to let us know if there's anyone on the ER you think is a tool! Most ATL guys are tools..He is right :D:D TEN |
If I want to drop a trip using a PD, do I PD all days of the trip or just 1? It's a carryover trip, will that be processed before the 22nd? Thanks in advance!

To the untrained eye, those engines are all GE. But then the reversers deploy to display the petals that can only be derived from Snecma. Can't wait to...well deadhead on one. haha.

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk If you PD all the days of the trip, then you are locked out from doing anything else on the last few days of the original rotation. (if you want to pick up WS/GS that is) |

Just drop the first day of the trip and the whole trip will be dropped.
If you PD all the days of the trip, then you are locked out from doing anything else on the last few days of the original rotation. (if you want to pick up WS/GS that is) In fact both these posts are wrong in some way. POST 1: For starters, if you are on a regular line, and you want to drop a trip via the Personal Drop, you don't "drop just one day"--you put in a personal drop request, and if it is granted, the entire trip drops. When you say "drop just one day" you are referring to an Authorized Personal Drop (APD). That is a whole different animal than a PD. Also, there is nothing special about the 22nd of the month when it comes to PCS requests. You might be thinking of the 20th when the first PCS run for the next month begins. You should also put in a Swapboard "Pickup" request and see if someone takes your trip via that venue--another way of accomplishing the same thing. POST 2 If a pilot drops a trip via the PD, he can white slip or green slip over those days any time he likes. Again, you are thinking of the APD. |
