I know I'll get crap for this, but I just finished bidding on the latest version of the web app and I have to admit it felt easier to navigate around. There were a few minor bugs still hidden in some places but overall I saw an improvement, especially in scrolling and manipulating the bid sheet.

Let the roasting begin :D

You can't say good things about this program!

Jk, I'm with you on this one. I much prefer this over the old system. I finish my bids in about half the time that it took me with the old system.

Agreed. I was using the desktop app previously and the new web app doesn't seem significantly different to me. But then again I'm one of those darn tech savvy millenials with a smart phone who are wrecking every dang thing.

*dons flame retardant suit* :D

The new app is a piece of ****. I know what I want to do, but I can't scroll down without keyboard attached. I keep clicking lines I don't want to click. It is painful using this app.

It's definitely not optimized for the Surface. It took me three hours to bid using the tablet. Now I use the Safari browser on a MacBook Air and I've found the new web app to be a significant improvement over the old. Try using a different device and see how it goes.

I bid on my iPad. I like the new webapp. Very modern and efficient.

Great. So I need to buy an ipad to bid because the company's app isn't compatible with the company provided tablet?

Use chrome as a browser as the company has put out many times.

We can agree there.
Web app + just the Surface as is from the company = unmitigated piece of crap.
But...
Web app + any other device or...
Web app + Chrome browser or...
Web app + Surface as is + $10 piece of plug-and-play hardware most of us probably have lying around anyway and can be tucked into a gym shoe if you want to work on your bid on a trip vs at home = no significant change from previous.

C'mon guys, this is Delta IT we're talking about! Did you honestly think it would ever work well out of the box? You always need a work-around.
