Grand Caymon at the Westin on 7 mile beach is nice. We get around $100 a night but its not all inclusive.
Kona at the Marriot at Waikoloa village we get 125 a night or Hilton waikoloa village 170 a night.
Hilton Waikoloa is an amazing property..... but it is surely NOT all inclusive, in fact the room may be the cheapest part.

So we get 20% off of Delta Vacations prices?

Hiring question. I've got a guy I'm trying to help get an interview. I've done the airlineapps rec using my delta e-mail address. The question is this:

Has anyone walked in a resume to Kraby's office? Is that cool or do they not like us to do that? Also, if you have, where exactly is his office?

Thanks

If you email the pilot selection people, that is supposed to get the app scored if it hasn't been already. I think that's the best you can do. I can't remember the number but a week after I did the email, my friend got a fix it email.

Is there an unwritten rule for how many recs or how often someone can recommend someone?

One or two a year? Less?

no limit to the number of people you can recommend. Can only recommend same candidate once in a 12 month period.

They do NOT want us walking in resumes. (In fact, they don't require a resume at any step during the process, at least they didn't two years ago...). I've heard of people being shown the door for trying to walk their buddy's resume in.

The MOST helpful thing you can do is what Big E 757 said: send an email to the pilot selection folks. You don't even need to be wordy or eloquent; just say, "I recommend XXX XXXXXX." Getting the app pulled for grading from the stack of thousands is the most important thing you can do.

2 of my 3 personal recs received an invite within two weeks of my internal e-mail. The third mysteriously didn't get the call, but was hired by United (his first choice) in the same time frame. All three had similar backgrounds, but they called the first two much sooner than the third.

A good friend of mine is a 30 year Delta Captain, tried to get his Air Force fighter pilot son an interview. AK jerked him around for a couple months, his kid never got a call from DL, but got hired at AA while AK had his head up his bum.
