Working on QCQ 3rd Q. Every time I resume it goes back to the beginning -- not where I left off. Not a good vibe. Anyone else have this problem?

Res question. 30th was a res day, but am full. Oct 1 res day new month. When can they use me on first? Cant really figure out where in PWA to look.
Is it like a day of Res after an x day (cant use me till 10) or just another on call day where they can usr me any time they want?
2nd is a gilden day, obviously Im hoping to get first off.
Thanks for any PWA refs.

23.S.1.f.5.Note 2 (Page 23-53) You're last in line for short call (scheduling's discretion) since it's a lone reserve day followed by a golden day.
