Thanks for the love PD, I just want to restore this profession's pay/benefits to the ones I signed up for, and that was when Delta earned $350 million per year and thought that was HUGE!

Now they are earning north of $6 Billion, and we are still living with concessions forced on us in bankruptcy, while management is using OUR MONEY to buy back $6 Billion in stock, to enrich themselves.

Yes. From the START page, sweep in from the right side.
Go to SETTINGS.
Click on "Change PC settings." (This is the same sequence to get to "Update and recovery."
At the top of the menu, click on "PC and devices."
Click on "Display."
Set the resolution to 1920X1080 and apply.

Not exactly sure of what you are referring to. There are many ways to institute a "Cap." I was not at DAL back when they had a cap but I will take a crack at how I understood it worked. Hopefully one of our elder statesman types can chime in and correct anything below that is incorrect and add to it.

You could credit more than 75 hours but you were only paid for 75 hours.
Any credit above 75 went into a bank system (Bowwave) that would apply to the next/future months.

Not sure how premium flying was paid under this system.
