That's him! Thanks for the assist.

I've only worked with him once but other than my memory failing to recall his name, he left a very strong positive impression on me. You can call the PSC and ask for him, he'll know the answer.

Jan 2017, 7.5%; Dec 2016, 6.8%; Nov, 8.5; Oct, 7.8; Sep, 7.2; Aug, 7.5; Jul 7.0; Jun, 6.6; May, 8.1... abusers and non-abusers combined. It is on your Pilot Activity Statement.

How does this relate to annual hours? So avg 1000 hours a year and folks use about 7.5%?

That's the way I read it. In Jan 2017, pilots sicked out for 7.5% of total hours flown. I'd guess 7.5% is a pretty good average for the year.

Raw Score

How does training and IOE affect your RAW score for later in the month on reserve?

Thanks Scoop

So training days and IOE hours increase your RAW score the same as if you were worked on reserve?

Sounds like IOE would be counted as 'credit hours,' and training is a prorated activity value.
I'd shoot this one to ALPA scheduling with the number of training days, expected IOE hours, any expected off days and the day of the month you expect to complete (to calculate days-of-availability).

This math is way above this message board mathematician's capability.
