In answer to your question, I believe they do affect your raw score but only do so after the they are completed.

Anybody been through 330b to 320a transition? It is full school isn't it?

There was a 330B converting to 320A when I went through last summer. He was doing the full school. If you've been in the right seat as long as I had been, you'll be glad you've got time to adjust to your new role.

Could be a senior moment, but I think I remember reading that every first-time Delta captain has to do the full course, even is same aircraft.

The projected training list is out from last bid. Looks like they are delaying a lot if not all 7ER (current category) pilots training until the end of the conversion window (to keep them on ER for summer).

Just want to make sure I understand correctly that if a junior pilot to me trains and converts, I'll be pay protected at my new rate?

In my case it could mean 2 months difference. For others maybe more.

320B to A can do the "short upgrade" course. Coming from 330B will be the full course.

Few things get on my nerves more at a hotel than a dirty iron! This is why I always start with the back of the collar so it's an easy abort...

For me it's the new alarm clocks that have 23 functions but are not adjustable. They're always wrong.

As long as we're ranting there seems to be a trend to take away HVAC control from the guests. Three hotels recently where I've had to call the front desk to turn off the heat/AC because there is no ON/OFF switch on the new thermostats. It's all controlled by the front desk/"engineering."
