Ty. Makes sense for a carryout trip. If both trips begin in the same month then reserve coverage applies I assume?

Does anyone know how to look up somebody else's schedule? I went to personnel (icrew) then cross reference by name or employee number. It gave me their phone email and base but from there i didn't see an option to
View their schedule??

You would have to personal drop the conflicting trip to WS the trip you want so it would apply. You could try and swap as a alternative.

Search the person's name, then use the number that pops up followed by a C for current schedule, or N for next month's schedule.

OK, talking about C/I and C/O over the transition is what you meant. Now that makes sense and yup July 4th always works and an early September labor day also works. That's a schedule enhancer, I thought the topic was pay enhancement for company dropped trips.

Is there a way to put known doctors appointments and/or your FAA physical into icrew or PBS, or do you just have to try your best to bid around these appointments and then deal with the aftermath?

You have to bid around it. It would be a nice enhancement but would also be horribly abused. FAA docs would be swamped around every holiday!

I got my CQ assignment yesterday for Aug. or are you talking bidding for Sep? Aug CQ bid package came out on the 25th of June. Hope that helps.
