If only we had a modern (or even something only 10 years old) scheduling system that we could access on our smartphone without paying a third party.

Yep, great customer service. I had to pull teeth to get Fossil to help me a few weeks ago on a simple watch order. Guess who won't be buying another Fossil watch anytime soon?

It's a problem with the hosting company. they sent out an email with a live blog to track status:

Can't really fault them as this is 100% out of their control and if you subscribe to their emails they have been sending updates.

Yup....latest blog entry as of 10:25 Sunday AM says the site is back down.
