I have used the fitness centers in ATL and DTW. I think some others are coming, I specifically heard about SEA and MSP but not do not know any details.

Under the Fly Confirmed For Less vs. Even Less programs, do we get to pick our seats? Aside from the refundability are there major differences between the two?

Don't count on either of them being refundable. In my experience, neither was refundable. The only difference seemed to be a little bit of price, and the fact that you accrued miles with the more expensive one. Yes, it's like a real ticket that you can pick your seat. Not sure if you'll be restricted to the center and have to pay an upgrade for something else though.
Since I've found them both to be non-refundable I always go with Even Less. The rules that determine whether they are refundable are myriad and not apparent to the user, so save the money. I'll also add we are subject to the same $150 change fees as the general public. |
