For what?

PBS bid assistance? I think that the company is paying that FPL.

Surprise as in something they have not announced, as they are still debating pulling the trigger on it.

Rumor I heard awhile back was ALL 777s and ALL 765s to JFK. That would REALLY cause some movement, hence the debate you mentioned.

Actually if all those airplanes went to JFK, it would cause gridlock. Bid those hard time trips NOW!!

Its like 12 days and 22 hours blk time. It's like 35% of our flying in February and they said more for Summer.

This is why I wouldn't bid for or MD for ATL 88 B. This plane and base sucks.

Heyas,

You guys on the east coast MIGHT remember this, but back in the mid 1990's, another round of open skies crap-o-la with Japan was coming to a head.

NWA ran full page ads in both the WSJ and the Washington Post for weeks on end, campaigning against what they saw was a bad deal.

Since it was essentially the same management, I'm sure they know who to twist to get their point across.

Delta Air Lines Inc will replace YRC Worldwide Inc in the Dow Jones Transportation Average after the close of trading on December 11, Dow Jones Indexes said on Tuesday. YRC Worldwide is being removed as it attempts a debt for-equity-swap to restructure the company, which may result in a bankruptcy if not enough bondholders agree to the exchange. Delta Air will reenter the average after being removed in September 2005 following a bankruptcy filing. That could be helpful to the stock price.
More "index" type funds will now be buying and holding.

You do, however, have to have a wireless connection for the iPhone on both ends. It won't work with just 3G.

I use it all the time.

Great! Thanks. I've got wireless set up at home, so as long as the hotel has it that's free calls even when international. :)
