You may be eligible for recovery obligation (know through personal experience) though under certain circumstances of which I'm too lazy to look up right now because in this instance it doesn't effect me!:eek:

Does NOOP have any implications for a reserve?

If the NOOP does occur, do the long call and short call reserves go back to their respective long and short calls?

Word floating around spirit is that there’s a deal in the works for Spirit to take Deltas 100 321 NEO’s and Delta struck a deal with Boeing for the Max 10’s. Any word of something like this around delta?

Only rumor I’ve heard is that we are going to exercise our 100 NEO options and take all 200....possible convert some to LR/XLR versions.

Shouldn’t you wait at least until October to start telling ghost stories like that?

I hope this is the truth, the max 10 not only is it a max, but it’s so long that the gear has to be redesigned and it has to collapse to fit into the 1968 designed belly of the aircraft.

The Max-8 is the clear favorite of other Air Lines having ordered 2700+. The Max-10 has only sold 500’ish. Max-9 only 250 and the big loser is the Max-7 with only 60 orders.
