I've long suspected that big companies have departments that do nothing except work with search engine/data aggregators to suppress unflattering news. 2 years ago you could google any airline and see an daily example of, uh, shenanigans' in the plane/terminal. Across all carriers, unless it's really, really bad, you almost never find that stuff now unless you know exactly what to look for in advance. I don't believe "customer service challenges" have gone away, but I'd be willing to bet that google is more than happy to offer a "Fortune 500 News Protection Package"...for a fee.

That's fine, and a smart business strategy. But woe to he who goes to "The Google" for reliable information.

I wonder how much the Presidential candidate package was priced at?

PJ used to be in the office daily and it was good and somewhat reassuring to see him wave at me on occasion as I walked by.

I miss RA too. Those two likes running the airline and did some good.

OK I give up - where/how in the DELTANET do I go to add people as buddy pass riders?

I haven’t done it and could be completely wrong but I believe it’s in Self Service.

Disregard. Delta is back on the board. (but I screenshot-ed the morning page, just because)

Heap large pile of delays. No cancellations posted. Happy NY, etc.

I also liked R Anderson's operational focus. However, from a line pilot's perspective, he and our MEC were heading for a battle that I think he would have won.

Here are gory details of taking down the more than 10,000 Northwest Mechanics when they went down the DPA (independent) route and Anderson crushed them.

So are the ARCOS batch limits in place now? I thought it started with the Jan21 bid period. If so who do I call to get my extra pay? I’ve had 7 call outs (not trips) that violate the batch limits all made on the 1st. They were all for OOBGS if that matters
