Ok, I’m a bit miffed fight now. Thought I’d crank out some QCQ today. I’m using the successfactors app on company iPad. I found the courses but cannot get anything to load! 
All I get is the spinning circle of death and even though it says “loading,” NOTHING EVER LOADS!
What am I doing wrong!

According to DALPA, the list on ARCOS is not the same as the batch size used by Scheduling. The only way to ascertain what the batch size was is to call Scheduling and ask.

... but if the trip was reporting in more than 8 hours, and he didn’t get any trip that he was called for, by definition the batch size was greater than 1:1, right?

Agreed. Just wanted to make sure that he was aware of the apparent limitations of ARCOS as it pertains to the new LOA.

Arcos is frustrating. I got woken up at 2am last night. Trip was a :45 flight out in the afternoon and back next morning. As easy as it gets. I put in for it. Didn't get it. I was number 2 according to ARCOS. 3 people on list. In my opinion, no reason I should have gotten that call until I was number 1. Call was 17 hours until sign-in.
I do like how they assign all trips at once though. That's a nice function. For 1 single trip though, only 1 pilot should get called.
