If my memory serves me correct FedEx kept their 727’s and engineers 10 years longer than Delta. While anything is possible in this industry, history doesn’t prove that theory.

I have buds at FedEx that wish they were at Delta. They will be first by a long shot to go single pilot. I've been at another legacy and their reserve rules were horrible compared to Delta. Just be happy man. If you hate the ER, bid the 73, 220 or 320 and you would have really decent seniority.

Or he can stay in the ER, Bid reserve and do roll Thunder during the summer, then when staffing starts to pick up he’ll be senior. It’s going to be a very lucrative summer for the ones qualified.

Nice try though. FedEx is way better than DAL under our present management team. Beatings will continue until morale improves. Don't choke on your kool-aid either. |

A NYC 7ERB got GS #6 today. Bottom half of seniority in category. Someone knows what they’re doing.
Take a look at our open time for 1 May. That is standard for the entire bid period. |
