Does anyone know where the rules are for when you can be scheduled for last minute recurrent training when going non-current (outside the CQ window)? Can they schedule it on days off or do they have to do it over a work day?

The first question would be whether or not you filled out preferred availability days when the icrew pop up started to show your landing currency expiration coming up. Those have always been honored for me, and once submitted, meant pay protection for trips dropped due to non-currency.

Is there any limit to the amount of reroutes a pilot can be assigned on a rotation (as long as it's within the "time limit?") Every time I turn my phone on in ATL ...

New Parking Brake procedure on Shutdown checklist is a welcomed change that should significantly reduce rollbacks. I always wondered why Captains were always in a rush to release the parking brake.

He's right though. Why the rush here to release the brake? I don't think this is a thing at other airlines unless the brakes are excessively hot.

Well we don't know do we? No btms on the 737 so might as well get those brakes off for cooling. Everyone goto the airbus.
