Coming off rest tomorrow for one day of reserve. Going NQ on 31st. Does the start of NQ count as a “hard non fly day” in reference to 23.S.7.F for being released no later than 12:00 base time. No trip assigned before 3:00 this afternoon either. I’m thinking I’m not usable for tomorrow but can’t find a PWA reference for how a NQ day is defined for this situation.

Thanks. It does start with an “e.g” then gives examples. I was thinking maybe the NQ would be considered hard even though not listed. I wouldn’t think when the definitions were written NQ was much of a consideration. Still going to keep my fingers crossed.

Any truth to these legends?
I have no idea what your trying to say but have never heard of a pilot being criminally prosecuted by Delta.

If you are going NQ for currency make sure you have followed the steps required to insure you will not lose pay.

how would harassment even be an appropriate charge for lying about having a pilot certificate, and how would delta have ever hired that person? Sounds like total nonsense

Tell me you’ve applied to DAL with fraudulent credentials without telling me you’ve applied to DAL with fraudulent credentials.

I am curious if Delta will fire me a they find out about the axe murders I committed in California. Thankfully CA is a progressive state and my ridiculously long 6 year sentence was reduced to time served and 30 days at county. This allowed me to quickly resume my flying career. GoJets hired me without any concerns if that might influence Delta!

If you promise not to touch the axe that lives behind your seat and most importantly wear your mask at at times we will hire you. We are desperate after all. Also a guy named wildblue will be your sim partner. Show up Monday morning with negative Covid test and proof you haven’t applied anywhere else.
