Satch, this is just a guess, but the reserve availability list we see on DBMS is only updated a few times a day. Someone may have lowered their RAW score after the list was posted and therefore gotten ahead of you.

I did that this morning. I checked open time around 7:30 a.m., found a trip I liked for tomorrow, then lowered my RAW score to make sure I got the trip (I did). However, if you pulled up the reserve availability list, it would still show my original RAW score. Right before assigning the next day's trips, schedulers run the latest reserve report, which has all the correct RAW scores, trip requests, slip requests, available duty days and hours, etc...

BTW, I understand your username is Satch IP. I figure IP is Instructor Pilot, but what's Satch? Is that a military term?
